  • Lunch (2:00-2:30PM) - Boiled Rice (1/2 cup) + Chicken (2 pieces) Boiled slowly (1/2 cup)
  • Evening (4:00-4:30PM) - Vegetable Soup (1/2 cup)
  • Dinner (8:00-8:30PM) - Boiled Rice (1/3 cup) + Mashed Potato (2) + Ghee (1 tsp) + Hot Rasgulla (2)

Monday
  • Breakfast (8:00-8:30AM) - milk (1/2 cup) with soaked sugar
  • Mid-Meal (11:00-11:30AM) - Coconut water (1 cup) + 1 ripe banana
  • Lunch (2:00-2:30PM) - Boiled Rice (1/2 cup) + Fish (1 piece) Boiled slowly (1/2 cup)
  • Evening (4:00-4:30PM) - Spinach Soup (1/2 cup)
  • Dinner (8:00-8:30PM) - Boiled rice (1/3 cup) + Carrot and potato curry (1/2 cup) + Hot rasgulla (2)

Tuesday
  • Breakfast (8:00-8:30AM) - Lentil Soup (1/2 cup)
  • Mid-Meal (11:00-11:30AM) - Coconut water (1 cup) + Grapes (1/2 cup)
  • Lunch (2:00-2:30PM) - Yellow Matar Dal Curry (1/2 cup) + 1/4th Fresh Lemonade
  • Evening (4:00-4:30PM) - Carrot Soup (1/2 cup)
  • Dinner (8:00-8:30PM) - Steamed Rice (1/3 cup) + Milk (1/4 cup) + Jaggery (3 tsp)

  • Mid-Meal (11:00-11:30AM) - Tender cocoon water (1 cup) + 1 orange
  • Lunch (2:00-2:30PM) - Mashed Potato (2) and Boiled Rice (1/2 cup) + Boiled Egg (1) + Ghee (2 tsp) in Hot Rice
  • Evening (4:00-4:30PM) - Chicken Soup (1/3 cup)
  • Dinner (8:00-8:30PM) - Boiled rice (1/3 cup) + Fish (1 piece) slowly boil it (1/3 cup) + Hot Rasgulla (2)

Note: Consume liquids for 3-4 days, to increase blood, take pomegranate juice + black grape juice + aloe vera juice + papaya leaf juice + basil leaves 2-3 times.


Thursday
  • Breakfast (8:00-8:30AM) - Moong Dal Soup (1/2 cup)
  • Mid-Meal (11:00-11:30AM) - Coconut water (1 cup) + Pomegranate (1/2 cup)
  • Lunch (2:00-2:30PM) - Boiled Rice (1/2 cup) + Chicken (2 pieces) Boiled slowly (1/2 cup)
  • Evening (4:00-4:30PM) - Mushroom Soup (1/2 cup)
  • Dinner (8:00-8:30PM) - Boiled Rice (1/4 cup) + Boiled Egg (1) + Ghee (1 tsp) + Hot Rasgulla (2)

Friday
  • Breakfast (8:00-8:30AM) - Custard (1/2 cup) + Toast (2 pieces)
  • Mid-Meal (11:00-11:30AM) - Coconut water (1 cup) + 2 chicks
  • Lunch (2:00-2:30PM) - Boiled Rice (1/2 cup) + Fish (1 piece) Boiled slowly (1/2 cup)
  • Evening (4:00-4:30PM) - Carrot Soup (1/2 cup)
  • Dinner (8:00-8:30PM) - Steamed Rice (1/3 cup) + Milk (1/4 cup) + Jaggery (3 tsp)

Saturday
  • Breakfast (8:00-8:30AM) - Custard (1/2 cup) + Toast (2 pieces)
  • Mid-Meal (11:00-11:30AM) - Coconut Water (1 cup) + Black Grapes (1/2 cup)
  • Lunch (2:00-2:30PM) - 1/4th Fresh Lemonade
  • Evening (4:00-4:30PM) - Spinach Soup (1/2 cup)
  • Dinner (8:00-8:30PM) - Boiled rice (1/3 cup) + Fish (1 piece) slowly boil it (1/3 cup)

Follow regularly:-
  • 1) Practice meditation and yoga daily
  • 2) Must eat fresh and light hot food
  • 3) Eat food slowly in a quiet place, peacefully, with a positive and happy mind.
  • 4) Must eat three to four times
  • 5) Do not leave food at any time and avoid excessive food
  • 6) Fasting once a week
  • 7) Leave 1/3rd / 1/4th part of the stomach blank
  • 8) Chew the food properly and eat slowly
  • 9) Walk for 3-5 minutes after taking food
  • 10) Wake up together before sunrise (5:30 – 6:30 am)
